Dixie Techs – TC grant awardees – Nov. 13
Hi Dixie Techs:
We couldn’t announce this until now! Two southern Utah Technology Commercialization grant awardees will be presenting their projects at the Dixie Techs Meeting Friday, November 13th.
H2O Performance partnering with the DXATC will show their Fuel Cell Proton Exchange Technology which they claim increases performance and decreases emissions in diesel engines. Their device is being field tested on diesel long haul trucks.
IDT Technologies will work with Southern Utah University professors and students in programming for their RFID Rail Hub Data Cap. They already have Union Pacific as a major customer and will be developing a new RFID reader.
The deadline for the second round of TC grants will be December 31. Come and view these college/companies’ technologies and see how they were successful in convincing USTAR’s Governing Authority to grant funding.
Date: Friday, November 13
Time: 12 noon
Place: DSC Taylor Health Sciences Center
